Vaccinations and Licenses
All pets must be current on vaccinations and have a current rabies vaccination and tag. Clients are responsible for any fines a pet sitter incurs while walking a dog if the dog does not have a current license. We do not walk dogs off leash.

NOTE: We require at least a one hour window of time when scheduling daily dog walking. Additionally, while the vast majority of time we are able to accommodate these windows, please know our mid day walk times are not guaranteed, as there may be times when we have to visit earlier/later due to unforeseen circumstances. Our ultimate goal is your pet's comfort and well-being.

Notifying Us When You Return Home
When we take care of your pet while you are out of town, we ask that you notify us when you return. If we don't hear from you following our final scheduled visit, and we cannot reach you, additional visits may be necessary to ensure the safety of your pet.

Inclement Weather Policy
In case of severe weather such as heavy downpours or snow, thunder and lightning, extreme heat, etc, walks may be shortened for the safety of your pets and pet sitter. Walk time will be replaced by indoor play time so that your pet will still get the amount of time requested and paid for.

General
All employees of Furry Friends Pet Sitting are covered under bond and insurance. If anyone else has access to your home while the pet-sitting job is being performed, we, the pet-sitting company, can assume no liability for any damages or losses to your home or pet.

Every attempt will be made to assign one specific individual to provide service to you and your pet(s) for the duration of the service period. Due to sitter availability and scheduling conflicts, however, as well as personal emergencies or illnesses, more than one individual may provide service during the scheduled service period. Any individual who enters your home to provide pet sitting services as outlined above will be a bonded and insured representative of Furry Friends Pet Sitting. You will always be notified in advance if an alternate sitter will be providing service.

We ask that you notify us when you return from your trip (not required when you are using us for daily dog walking while you are at work). If we don't hear from you following our final scheduled visit, and we cannot reach you, additional visits and charges may be necessary to ensure the safety of your pet.

For your cat's safety we do not recommend every other day (EOD) visits. There are too many health risks, and we personally are uncomfortable allowing 24 hours to go by in between visits. If you insist on EOD, we can not be held responsible for any damage or health issues that may arise.
